Standard charcoal filters should be replaced approximately every 6 months, or more frequently if the hood is used intensively. Saturation of the charcoal filter occurs after more or less prolonged use, depending on the type of cooking and how often you use your hood. In any case, the filter should be replaced at least every 6 months. The standard charcoal filter CANNOT be washed or regenerated.
